Register by bank transfer, then complete a short online form. Every fee includes all three days.

  • Admission to all sessions across the three days
  • Printed programme and a copy of the proceedings (on-site attendees)
  • Coffee breaks and lunch on each conference day

How to register

Five steps

  1. 01

    Choose your fee category from the table above and check whether the early-bird deadline still applies.

  2. 02

    Pay by bank transfer using the account details in the "Payment details" box. Put your full name and "CCAS 2027" in the payment reference.

  3. 03

    Save the transfer receipt as a PDF or screenshot.

  4. 04

    Complete the online registration form and upload the receipt where prompted. Students also upload proof of enrolment. The same form covers the summer school — tick the option if you are attending.

  5. 05

    You will receive a confirmation email within five working days. Bring it, printed or on your phone, to the registration desk.

Good to know

  • All fees are quoted in euros. Bank charges, including intermediary-bank fees, are the responsibility of the payer.
  • Registrations are non-refundable. They may be transferred to another person at no charge up to one week before the conference — email the organisers to arrange this.
  • The conference dinner is not included in any fee. On-site attendees may buy one dinner ticket and one guest pass through the registration form while places last.
  • A small number of fee waivers are available for students and for authors from institutions in low-income countries. Request one by email before the early-bird deadline.
